Best Costume Boy and Girl 0-5 yrs, Best Costume Boy and Girl 6-12 yrs., Best Costume Teen Boy and Girl 13-17 yrs, Best Adult Costume Male and Female 18 and up, Best Group Costume. - Law Enforcement/First Responder and Community Games for all ages 4PM-6PM
